About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our new Taupō manufacturing plant. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a high output, safety critical environment, responsible for ensuring daily production targets are achieved while embedding strong standards, developing operator capability, and maintaining a disciplined, clean, and safe workplace as the site is established and grows.
