Due to an urgent operational requirement, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor / Shift Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on production professional who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and driving operational performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations you will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently achieved while maintaining a strong presence on the factory floor.
