Production Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Prepare and check all manpower requirements in the section.

Drives 5S and Quality Compliance within production line.

Based on WPS schedule & parts availability, supervise the preparation of the line for production.

Coordinate with the Project Management, Quality Assurance and Logistics Department regarding technical, quality, process, and material problem.

Ensure that all tools and facility needed in the production line are checked.

Provide all tools and facility needed in the production department.

Compute for the manpower requirement needed in the Dept. and request it to the Personnel Dept

Check daily production status and daily efficiency report.

Check and regulate line scrap and shrinkages.

Check and coordinate with the Line Leader regarding production line problems such as material, manpower, tools, etc.
