Support the Mgr-Production Operations in monitoring and improving plant productivity. What You'll Be Doing Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management have a common goal of zero injuries. Oversee assigned department production shift activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency.
