**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate daily recycling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production
+ Organize maintenance schedules and coordinate crews and contractors
+ Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently with minimal operational impact
+ Foster a strong safety culture by promoting safe work practices and addressing hazards proactively
+ Supervise, coach, and support frontline team members to achieve operational and performance goals
+ Plan and monitor production schedules to meet quality, volume, and cost targets
+ Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and plant leadership to drive continuous improvement
