+ Prepare and manage standard reports for Quality reviews both plant and executive level
+ Lead daily Quality meetings and co-lead incoming quality meetings
+ Clearly communicate incoming/outgoing Quality issue details to plant personnel
+ Coach team and confirm containment actions, dock holds, and special checks are in place to eliminate any impact to customer during quality concerns.
+ Support expedited concern resolution with cross functional teams using an innovative approach
+ Make quality calls that are in line with the customer acceptance level and liability of defect
