The Production Supervisor is the on-the-floor leader of the assembly team, responsible for the day-to-day direction, safety, and productivity of their shift. This role

ensures assemblers have what they need to execute quality standards and that production goals are consistently met.

Responsibilities

· Provide clear day-to-day direction to shift team members.

· Ensure assembly processes are correctly followed and quality standards are consistently met.

· Enforce protocols, PPE requirements, and contamination control procedures for all team members.

· Partner with the Production Manager to align shift output with production goals and schedules.

· Participate in hiring decisions and provide input on team member advancement and development.
