Production Supervisor

As Production Supervisor you will supervise and coordinate the activities of 40‑75 production and operation workers, such as assemblers, electricians, inspectors, and precision workers, ensuring that production schedules are created and completed on time, safely, and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations and ensure strict adherence to Alberta and Canadian Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
• Anticipate production obstacles, manage team and stakeholder communication to overcome them.
• Provide leadership and ownership of product quality while consulting with Quality staff and Engineers on quality issues.
• Resolve worker problems, complaints, and production issues by consulting with management or subordinates. <...
