Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production schedules to meet quality and output goals. Ensure production schedules and delivery commitments are understood and met. Monitor employee performance, address underperformance, and resolve workplace disputes constructively. Monitor workflow and allocate resources to maximize productivity and efficiency. Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and use required PPE at all times. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Utilize production and time management software to track productivity, identify bottlenecks, and maintain schedules. Monitor profiles, paint thickness, adhesion, curing, and finish quality as well as blast and paint equipment status and performance.
