Title: Production Supervisor
Status: Exempt 
Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Manitowoc, WI 
Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to supervise and coordinate the activities of the Paint department across all shifts ensuring customer expectations for quality and on time delivery are met. 
Responsibilities:
Lead the Paint department focusing on quality and on time delivery
Organize resources and schedule personnel taking into consideration PTO requests and OT needs
Assign duties focused on meeting objectives
Monitor and control production output using various on-line resources
Communicate through regular team/individual meetings 
Provide goals and vision to team members in the Paint department
