Position Summary Bongards Premium Cheese is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Leader to serve as a Production Supervisor on the Night shift at our Norwood, MN location. The role focuses on overseeing plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and sanitation standards, and leading a team to meet production goals. Responsibilities Oversee plant operations on the assigned shift to achieve production, safety, quality, and sanitation objectives. Maintain the highest standards of quality, product safety, and employee safety throughout the facility. Attend production, safety, and quality meetings as required and coordinate with support departments to reach business goals.
