Production Supervisor

**Job Overview:**

The **Production Operations Supervisor** manages and coordinates the activities of production personnel engaged in packaging beverage products for storage & shipment, including providing leadership, direction and facilitation on multiple high speed production lines.

In this role you will lead the highly visible Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation to drive a cultural shift in continuous improvement. Expect to implement rapid change; be a hands-on team builder.

**Shift & Schedule:** This is a full time position on **Day shift.** Flexibility for additional coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays, is also required as needed.
