**Summary:**
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations and supervises production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role coordinates workflow, labor, and materials to maximize productivity while controlling costs and meeting delivery goals.
In addition to supervising production activities, the role may perform specialized functions that support the business unit, such as coordinating materials, supporting process improvements, or leading operational initiatives. The position will also have responsibility for safety, environmental compliance, and facility-related activities.
