Production Supervisor - Nights

Job Summary Supervise and direct the production processes, optimizing machine efficiencies while ensuring quality products, minimum scrap, and low conversion costs. Provide oversight for direct reports and supporting workforce, ensuring they are adequately trained and performing essential functions. Communicate clear reporting to upper management while maintaining compliance with company policies, plant procedures, and ISO9001 and other regulatory requirements. Essential Functions Supervise support of all Company policies – Safety, ISO9001, company and plant procedures. Lead production safety initiatives and promote a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements within the department. Execute operational checks and verifications timely and consistently.
