Production Supervisor (Molding)

**Position Overview**:
The Molding Production Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly and/or machine operations within the manufacturing facility in Mexico.
This role involves leading and supervising a team of workers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

1. **Team Leadership and Supervision**:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of assembly workers and/or machine operators to achieve production targets and quality standards.

- Coordinate with production planning and scheduling teams to ensure timely execution of production orders.
