Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor The Production Supervisor will direct, support, and develop team members within a designated area to ensure production and/or material support plans are achieved, maintaining safety and quality standards. Supervisors are expected to work cross-functionally to optimize workflows and facilitate cross training opportunities while meeting productivity. Responsibilities Monitors workflow and investigates and initiates corrective actions needed to correct problems adversely impacting production. Ensures higher level Production Management, Materials and other departments impacted by problems of delays or changes to the production schedule. Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all departments. Develop and maintain knowledge of department in terms of quality, productivity, capability, and capacity.
