Production Supervisor

Job Description :

• Ensure the organization of the production based on Production Manager requirements
• Regularly report about production status to the Production Manager
• Ensure the communication and documents flow between Management, production and quality
• Ensure maintenance activities follow quality documents
• Monitor the operators efficiency and act as a mentor to the team
• Follow and understand the metallographic inspection processes
• Suggest actions to improve the production output

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, ideally with Material science and/or Heat treatment background
• Experience in a similar position & in plastic manufacturing environment
• Team management and leadership
• Fluent in English, Japanese is a plus
• Good communications skills
• Problem solving and result oriented
