Production Supervisor – Rotomold Products The Production Supervisor – Rotomold Products is a hands-on, fast paced leadership position responsible for directing the Leetsdale rotomold operations. This includes directing and coordinating the efforts of the rotomold team to meet the planned production schedule consistent with quality, safety, cost requirements and lean manufacturing principles. This position requires the candidate to maintain a high level of communication between all departments to maintain a smooth workflow regardless of issues on the production floor. The ability to maintain trust, respect and credibility are necessary for this position. Duties and Responsibilities Assign teammates to jobs as well as train, motivate, and evaluate performance of the team in all related responsibilities.
