Production Supervisor

* Supervising operations within a facility to achieve targets on higher output, compliance with food safety and professional standard.

* To assist factory manager on daily operation and arrange production schedule.

* Prepare report to factory manager and liaise with department leader, QC and store personnel for highly support to achieve planned goals.

* Maintaining communication between workers and factory manager to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood

* To maintain good housekeeping, proper hygiene & sanitary practices to ensure a clean and safe workplace.

* To involve and respond to daily machinery maintenance and record diagnose breakdown of machinery.

* Implementing strict control of workers disciplinary matters such as attendance, leave, overtime & manpower allocation.

* Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources is sufficient before production commerce.
