Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading team members in accomplishing plant-specific objectives. You will train and coach team members, lead continuous improvement projects, and foster cooperation between departments. You will also accomplish plant results by developing flexible production plans, managing personnel workflow, and adhering to FSQA initiatives. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and effective work environment as well as ensuring positive team member relations.
