Production Supervisor

Job Profile: Reporting to the Senior Production Lead Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to quality standards. Oversee shop floor activities including molding, machining, and assembly processes. Monitor production efficiency, reduce downtime, and implement process improvements to optimize output. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, process, quality) for issue resolution and preventive maintenance. Ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements. Utilize ERP systems (Oracle R12, SAP) for production planning, job creation, and transaction management.
