**Responsibilities**

+ Coach team members on safety, quality, and productivity standards to meet objectives.
+ Implement and oversee lean manufacturing processes.
+ Manage weekly payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
+ Collaborate with UAW employees to monitor and optimize production.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in production supervision and assembly.
+ Proficiency in safety protocols and production management.
+ Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
