PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a dynamic **2nd Shift Supervisor** to lead our client's production team and ensure smooth, efficient operations during evening hours. In this role, you’ll oversee critical aspects of plant operations - including production, maintenance, safety, quality control, scheduling, and workforce management - while fostering a positive culture and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll be the go-to leader for your shift, ensuring goals are met and employees feel supported, safe, and motivated. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for leadership, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

**Location:** Irvine, CA
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-12:30 AM (Every other Friday off)
**Pay Rate:** $35/hour
