Reporting to the department or plant manager, the supervisor is accountable for the performance and results of their department as well as being responsible for the direct supervision and training of Leader Technicians and Team Members. As a supervisor, you are the direct link between upper management and the team members. Your focus will be on quality and efficiency, and you will ensure that all Team Members work within Health and Safety guidelines.
