Production Supervisor in Pulilan Bulacan

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Designation will be assigned in our manufacturing plant in Pulilan, Bulacan.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards are met
• Assign workloads, prepare daily schedules, and coach/train employees on production processes, and machine operations
• Monitor production progress and prepare reports including Daily Accomplishment Reports, Planned vs. Actual Manhours, Production Planning Reports, and Incident and Non-Conformance Reports
• Drive improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Identify and address potential issues related to warehouse delays, safety, or GMP compliance
• Review, recommend, and implement revisions on production processes and work instructions
• Attend company‑mandated trainings and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge
