Production Supervisor I (Chiautempan)

Responsabilidades

• Perform the daily operations of production according to the demand of production, define priorities and sequencing at the production area.
• Support all the EHS programs and activities in order to reduce and eliminate safety incidents in the area.
• Check the quality of the products in each of the manufacturing cells or machines.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment in charge.
• Maintain the 5´s program at the area.
• Supervise the personnel in charge and evaluate their performance.
• Ensure that the personnel in charge of them comply with quality and safety procedures to meet the quality requirements and to maintain the physical integrity of the workers.
• Ensure and collaborate in the development and training of the personnel in charge according to the programs established by Human Resources and rest of the areas.
