Production Supervisor

**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and supervise 1st shift operations to ensure safe, efficient production of a stone quarry
+ Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
+ Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards
+ Train and support team members to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
+ Communicate effectively with day shift leadership to ensure operational continuity

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Background in aggregates or sand and gravel preferred
