Production Supervisor (Night Shift) – Direct Hire

Location: Gainesville, TX
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)
Pay: $72,000 – $75,000/year

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Production Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity with a
leading manufacturing facility in Gainesville, TX. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who
thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is comfortable working in a 24/7 production
setting.

Additional Schedule Expectations:
• Every other weekend required
• Expected to work holidays (additional pay provided on top of salary)
• Mandatory 7:00 AM Thursday meetings (remote/Teams option available if off shift)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all daily production operations for assigned shift, ensuring
efficient workflow and minimal downtime
