The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all department employees and must ensure compliance with all safety, quality and housekeeping standards on 2nd shift 3-11pm
Supervises all personnel and operations in the department. Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.Trains, upgrades, evaluates & reviews all dept. employees and assures adherence to current ISO procedures and safety procedures.Ensure that established policy, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed.Distributes plant status reports to the next shift Supervisor and Area Manager.Troubleshoot problems. Will perform other duties as assigned. Experience:
Associates degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
