+ Lead and oversee daily aggregate production activities, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably across all phases of the process.
+ Coordinate, mentor, and direct team members to consistently meet production targets, quality specifications, and operational expectations.
+ Monitor equipment performance, identify emerging issues, and support timely maintenance and repair actions to minimize downtime.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed production records while ensuring full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
+ Champion a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and reinforce accountability throughout the operation.
