Production Supervisor (for night shift)

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead daily production activities to achieve planned targets for quality, quantity, cost, and on-time delivery.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
+ Support and develop team members through inclusive selection practices, onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
+ Oversee the effective utilization of people, equipment, and resources to improve cycle time, enhance product quality, and reduce operational costs.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety, efficiency, and standard work practices.
+ Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and good housekeeping standards, promoting a culture of accountability and care.
