The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations for assigned production cells, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output that meets production schedules and customer commitments. This role drives team performance through strong leadership, effective planning, and continuous improvement while fostering a positive, accountable, and inclusive work environment.

This position requires the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, influence cross-functional partners, and develop team capability in alignment with business goals.
