How you will work: This position follows a 5/5/4 rotating 12-hour shift schedule, providing continuous coverage with a mix of day and night shifts. Employees work 5 days on, 5 days off, then 4 days on, ensuring balanced time off and consistent operational support.

About the Role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing safe and environmentally compliant daily production operations to ensure the continuous functioning of the mine. This role encompasses all aspects of production supervision, including managing hourly personnel, maintaining product quality, ensuring safety and environmental standards, and overseeing raw material usage.
