+ The Production Supervisor oversees shift operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing and assembly environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement
+ Reporting to the Production Manager, this role leads Production Team Leaders and Production Team Associates, ensuring standardized work, effective training, and continuous improvement across all production activities

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Plan, assign, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities for Production Team Leaders and Production Team Associates to meet production targets and customer requirements
