About the role
The Production Supervisor role is a Full-Time position, based at Coopers Plains, QLD. Reporting to Production Manager you will provide people and process leadership to the Gyprock Coopers Plains Production teams, ensuring the team's health & safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct are never compromised.
In this role, you will:
* Supervise the production team on a rotating shift roster (Morning 6am-2pm/Afternoon 2pm-10pm and Night 10pm-6am) -24/hr x 5 days a week operation.
* Ensure adherence with all Site Safety requirements, including PSIs, incident reporting / investigations and completing all corrective actions.
