Production Supervisor

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Production Supervisor in the Cookeville, TN area. This role will support 2nd shift operations.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Manage production and line operations for an assigned section
+ Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to operators and other support staff.
+ Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are met
+ Monitor line performance, track KPI's, and address issues in real time
+ Troubleshoot downtime, defects, and process issues
+ Maintain standard work and ensure compliance on the floor
+ Support Lean / continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, waste reduction)
+ Track scrap, inventory, and production data
