We're looking for a hands on and results driven Production Supervisor (CNC Machining) to oversee daily CNC machining operations, lead production teams, and ensure quality, productivity, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise daily CNC machining operations
• Plan, schedule, and optimize production workflow & machine utilization
• Ensure proper machine and job allocation based on daily manpower availability, including stepping in to operate machines when needed to maintain smooth production flow
• Monitor production performance, quality output, and delivery targets
• Lead, coach, and develop operators and technicians
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, productivity, waste reduction)
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and ISO proced...
