Production Supervisor

Overview

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Steel Door Manufacturing Group . This role ensures products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while meeting production timelines and cost objectives.

As a key leader on the production floor, you will work closely with team members to drive performance across manufacturing, quality, safety, and people management.

Production & Operations Management

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities and assign work orders
• Monitor progress against production schedules and adjust as needed to minimize downtime
