Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Location: Mukwonago, WI (onsite). This role is accountable for Molding Room results related to safety, production outcomes/efficiencies, processing, and adherence to relevant procedures, quality, continuous improvement initiatives, and personnel activities across day and night shifts. As a Production Supervisor, You Will Oversee adherence to the quality plan for all parts manufactured in the molding room. Supervise shift supervisors and coordinates efforts focusing on: Safety Productivity outcomes Prioritization of all shift activities Continuous Improvement programs, such as: Operations/Shift reporting of key KPI's Maintain the required staffing levels and the necessary training for each in accordance with all personnel policies.
