Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Ensures that biosecurity protocols are complied with

-Conducts proper monitoring of health condition by doing daily rounds

-Initiates prompt identification and medication of sick animals

-Diagnoses disease or any abnormal conditions through physical and behavioral observation as basis for proper treatment

-Monitors the mortality and morbidity rate of all departments being supervised and collects data of established facts

-Oversees vaccination based on protocol

-Monitors the proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedure in Farrowing or Wean to Finish

-Performs the planning of working schedule for subordinates to sustain manpower requirement

-Consults and coordinates with the Farm Manager of matters that needs to be addressed in the specific area of responsibility

-Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis
