Production Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards are met

·Assign workloads, prepare daily schedules, and coach/train employees on production processes, and machine operations

·Monitor production progress and prepare reports including Daily Accomplishment Reports,

Planned vs .Actual Manhours, Production Planning Reports, and Incident and Non-Conformance Reports

·Drive improvements to increase productivity and efficiency

·Identify and address potential issues related to warehouse delays, safety, or GMP compliance ·Review, recommend, and implement revisions on production processes and work instructions ·Attend company-mandated trainings and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge



Requirements:

Education:

·Graduate of Engineering, Sciences or any related course.
