Production Supervisor

Job Objective:

Manages day-to-day production activities to optimize efficiency and quality and ensures full conformity with all regulations and standard operating procedures.



Qualifications:

· Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, Industrial)

· At least 2 years of experience as production supervisor in a manufacturing plant.

· At least 2 years of knowledge and experience in plant processes, equipment, and production.

· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills

· Excellent in problem solving and analytical thinking skills

· Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

· Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

· Must be willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
