The Role

Our Ridge Street site services many customers in a contract manufacturing capacity focused on packaged, natural and processed cheeses. These include the renowned Bega cheese blocks- mild, tasty, and vintage, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger slice cheeses.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a skilled, high‑performing team of approximately 20 operators, with a strong focus on achieving operational targets across quality, safety, cost, and environmental performance.
