**Job Description**
Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers and production staff during the 2nd shift to meet daily production goals. Ensure all safety protocols are followed rigorously, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety awareness. Monitor manufacturing processes, utilizing mechanical knowledge and factory experience to troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee the proper use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment, ensuring safe handling and operation at all times.
