In this full-time role, you will oversee the processing of barley into malt, including steeping, germination, and kilning. As a direct supervisor, you will manage Production Operators and focus on achieving production goals, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing processes. You will also troubleshoot issues affecting production costs and yield.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily production activities and set parameters
• Supervise production operators throughout the malting process
• Ensure safety and sanitation inspections are performed
• Input process control requirements into the system
• Troubleshoot production processes and resource usage
