Production Supervisor Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both the packaging department and an adjacent electro-mechanical assembly team. You'll be responsible for leading a team of approximately 15-20 employees across packaging and assembly operations, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Position Overview: This role will manage daily operations for packaging while also supporting an assembly team that builds complete boiler systems.
