Production Supervisor - Assembly & Packaging Divisions

Production Supervisor – Shipping/ Receiving/ Inventory & Assembly Departments – Direct Hire Location: Pittsburgh Area Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $70,000 – $80,000/year + Overtime Position Overview This role will manage daily operations for packaging while also supporting an assembly team that builds complete boiler systems. The assembly side includes electrical controls, plumbing, and mechanical components, with finished units moving directly into packaging for shipment. We're looking for a supervisor who can lead from the floor, communicate effectively, and keep production on track in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
