Insight Global is looking to hire a Production Supervisor. In this job, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of workers. Other responsibilities include

- Motivate employees and to improve methods, performance, and efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with administrative staff to resolve problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, and quality control, to detect problems.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
• be comfortable on production floor with heavy equipment
