**Job Description**

The Production/Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day production, warehouse operations, ensuring that receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role leads a team of warehouse associates, drives productivity and quality standards, and supports continuous improvement in warehouse process (team of 10-12)

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
+ Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
