Job Description

- Control daily attendant and manpower plan
- In charge of Safety in the area, monitor and improve Safety in working environment
- Manage 3S in Genba in order to maintain effectiveness and Safety
- Update internal quality concerned document and enforce the usage of those rules in quality concerned document in order maintain the quality
- HRD for Production Section
- Improve efficiency
- Manage NG and recurrence preventive action effectively
- Follow up and recheck operators work result according to rules and requirement of quality and safety
- Control production result : output to be on plan and target
- Recheck/Inspect operation process done by operators
